What it involves
A full renovation is the complete transformation of a home or commercial space: controlled demolition of partition walls, a new layout, renewal of plumbing and electrical installations, wall and floor finishes, joinery and final touches. Unlike a partial reform, we work on the entire property at once, coordinating every trade so the result is coherent and handed over ready to use.
At SPL Group we approach full renovations with the same methodology we apply to structures and new builds: prior setting-out, control at every phase and verification of finishes before handover. When the renovation affects load-bearing elements —opening up gaps in load-bearing walls, reinforcing floor slabs or replacing joists— our reinforced-concrete experience guarantees the work is carried out with structural safety, not just good looks. We also deliver complete bathroom renovations, from waterproofing and drainage through to tiling and sanitaryware.
