What it involves
Construction and building is the service that closes the loop at SPL Group: starting from the architect's project, we execute the complete new build, from setting-out and earthworks through to handing over a finished building ready to use. On top of our specialty — the reinforced concrete structure — we add and coordinate foundations, floor slabs, envelope, roof, services, masonry and finishes, fitting every trade into a single construction schedule.
In the turnkey model we take on the coordination of execution and of all trades, so the client deals with a single point of contact instead of juggling multiple contractors. This works equally well for detached houses and villas as for multi-family buildings and industrial units: we plan each phase, control quality and deadlines, and resolve the interface between structure, services and finishes so the build moves forward without stoppages.
