Reinforced concrete structures
We build reinforced concrete structures in Alicante and across the Costa Blanca: pillars, beams, slabs and cores that carry your entire build. It is SPL Group's flagship service, delivered with our own in-house team and on schedule.
What it involves
A reinforced concrete structure is the skeleton that supports the whole building: combining concrete (which works in compression) with ribbed steel reinforcement (which absorbs tension) produces pillars, beams, slabs and walls capable of transferring loads down to the foundation. At SPL Group we carry out the full structural cycle after the foundation: setting out, assembling rebar to drawings and code, formwork, concrete pouring, vibrating and curing, floor by floor up to the roof.
This is the phase that defines the safety, geometry and schedule of any construction, whether a single-family home, an apartment building or an industrial unit. We work from the project and the directions of the site management team, coordinating rebar, formwork and concrete pumping under a single point of contact, so the structure is left plumb, level and ready for the following trades with no surprises.
